LYMPH AND BODY

Appointments & Booking  - All appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card, which is securely held on file at the time of booking. By booking with Lymph and Body, you agree to these terms in full.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy - We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or failure to attend without notice, will incur a $50 cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. We understand that emergencies happen,  please reach out as soon as possible if your circumstances change.

Refunds - If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund of any prepaid amount. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time are not eligible for a refund, and the $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Pricing - Prices are reviewed periodically and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking will be confirmed at the time of scheduling. Lymph and Body accepts the following payment methods: instant bank transfer, and EFT.

Health & Safety - It is your responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, or recent surgeries prior to your treatment. Lymph and Body reserves the right to decline or modify a service if it is deemed unsuitable for your current health status. Our treatments are not a substitute for professional medical advice or care.

Privacy - Any personal information collected during booking or consultation is held in strict confidence and used solely for the purpose of delivering your service. Your details will never be shared or sold to third parties.

Right to Refuse Service - Lymph and Body reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue a service where it is considered unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the client's best interest.
