From Elite Swimmer to Lymphatic Therapy... The Story behind Lymph & Body.

Hello, I’m Jennie, founder of Lymph & Body.

I am professionally trained and fully insured in massage therapy, with extensive study in anatomy, physiology and the lymphatic system. Before entering the therapy field, I spent years competing as an international swimmer, developing a strong understanding of biomechanics, recovery, and how the body responds to training and stress. I first qualified in massage therapy, including lymphatics, in 2015, alongside additional training in sports massage.

Through experience, I’ve learned that lasting results don’t always come from deeper pressure, but from working with the body’s natural rhythms. Lymphatic work allows me to support clients with fluid retention, recovery, fatigue, and overall wellbeing in a way that is both effective and lasting.

Lymph & Body was created as a calm, welcoming space in Mount Cotton, where you can truly unwind, switch off, and leave feeling more balanced, energised and at ease. I genuinely love this work, and it’s a privilege to care for every person who walks through my door.

Enhancing Health with Every Touch

Purpose-Led

Purpose-Led

Every treatment has a clear purpose. Rather than following a fixed routine, each session is adapted to your individual needs and focused on the areas where support is needed most.

Anatomy-Informed

Anatomy-Informed

Treatments follow a structured lymphatic sequence designed to support the body’s natural drainage pathways. Each treatment is guided by a deep understanding of the body's anatomy.

Calm Environment

Treatment Room Playlist

Enjoy the same calming music played during your treatment at home. The playlist is carefully selected to encourage nervous system relaxation, slower rhythms, gentle tones, and calming soundscapes that help the body shift into a parasympathetic "rest and restore" state. When the nervous system relaxes, the body is better able to support circulation, recovery, and healthy lymphatic flow, enhancing the overall effectiveness of your treatment.
