🌿 Lymphatic Reset
A comprehensive whole-body treatment designed to support fluid regulation and reduce overall congestion. Lymphatic Reset follows a structured, systemic approach, beginning with the gentle opening of key drainage points at the neck and collarbone before working methodically through the body. The abdomen is addressed early to support central pathways where much of the body's fluid filtration occurs.
Different areas of the body are treated in sequence to encourage built-up fluid to move toward the body’s natural filtration points. A warm towel is placed at the end to settle the system and support continued drainage. Lymphatic Reset is our foundational whole-body treatment that supports circulation, digestive function and overall fluid balance.

🌿 Lymphatic Restore
A 30-minute lymphatic drainage-only treatment designed to support circulation, reduce fluid congestion, and help you feel less bloated, less puffy, and more balanced.
This treatment does not include targeted soft tissue mobilisation. Instead, it is dedicated entirely to gentle, precise lymphatic drainage techniques designed to encourage the movement of lymph through vessels that lie just beneath the surface of the skin.
Treatment begins by praparing the body's key drainage pathways before areas of fluid congestion are addressed and directed toward functioning lymph nodes for filtering. This is a specialised treatment using the same pure lymphatic approach commonly used in post-operative and oncology care.
Lymphatic Restore is ideal for people experiencing swelling, fluid retention, bloating, heaviness, or a genereal feeling of sluggishness. It is a popular maintenace treatment between Lymphatic Reset sessions, for those who do not require soft tissue work, but want to support healthy lymphatic flow. It is also is an excellent option when your body is feeling run down and your lymphatic system is compromised, as it focuses on clearing congestion without introducing the additional metabolic by-products created during soft tissue work.
No oils or creams are required, and you may remain comfortably clothed throughout the session if you wish.

For those seeking more, our Restorative Bundles combine two signature treatments into one extended session. Each bundle is designed to deliver deeper results than a single treatment alone, leaving you feeling lighter, clearer and fully restored.
Our Defining Facial is a treatment in its own right, combining targeted facial, jaw, scalp and neck release with gentle lymphatic drainage techniques to reduce puffiness, improve drainage and ease deeply held tension. A collagen mask may also be incorporated, depending on your skin's needs and your preferences on the day.
The Head & Heart Ritual combines our Defining Facial with focused upper body lymphatic work, targeting the lymphatic pathways most affected by stress, postural strain and daily life. Designed to support lymphatic flow while releasing tension through the upper body's most congested areas, the jaw, head, upper back and neck. A specialised lymphatic treatment tailored to the part of your body that needs dedicated care. Lymph Focus works directly on one primary region, whether that’s the legs after long hours on your feet, or the upper back and shoulders from desk-based work and postural strain. Using focused lymphatic techniques, the treatment supports circulation, reduces built-up congestion and encourages fluid movement within that region.
This treatment allows concentrated work where it's needed most. If previous injuries, chronic stiffness or recurring restrictions are creating ongoing discomfort in one part of the body, Lymph Focus is designed to address it directly. Warm towels are applied at the end to assist continued drainage and leave the body feeling settled and restored.

🌿 Cranio-Facial Release
A structured treatment designed to address fluid congestion, jaw and scalp tension, and restrictions through the face, neck and head. Sessions combine facial lymphatic drainage with anatomy-led manual techniques to reduce puffiness, release muscular and fascial tension, and restore natural definition through the face.

The treatment includes:
- A gentle cleanse and warm towel preparation, followed by facial lymphatic drainage, gua sha, and external buccal release to reduce fluid congestion and release tension held through the jaw, cheeks, and temples.
- Next, a hydrating hyaluronic serum is applied before a cooling mask is placed, while treatment continues through the neck, chest, and shoulders, before moving into focused head and scalp work, using precise techniques to identify and release tension held through the scalp.

The Lymph & Body Difference
Each treatment either combines precise directional lymphatic techniques with soft tissue mobilisation, or uses pure skin-level lymphatic techniques as a standalone treatment. At Lymph & Body both approaches are highly effective in supporting optimal fluid movement and reducing stagnation.
Cost and health fund rebates
Private health funds in Australia rebate remedial massage, not Lymphatic drainage as a specialised treatment. When lymphatic massage is advertised with rebates, it's typically being claimed under a remedial category.
My work is entirely centred on the lymphatic system, using precise, skin-level techniques that don't sit within the remedial framework. Rather than adapting my treatments to fit a rebate model, or inflating my prices to accommodate rebates, I've chosen to keep my approach with a specialised focus, and genuinely competitive pricing.
