🌿 Lymph Focus 

A specialised lymphatic treatment tailored to the part of your body that needs dedicated care. Lymph Focus works directly on one primary region, whether that’s the legs after long hours on your feet, or the upper back and shoulders from desk-based work and postural strain. Using focused lymphatic techniques, the treatment supports circulation, reduces built-up congestion and encourages fluid movement within that region.

This treatment allows concentrated work where it's needed most. If previous injuries, chronic stiffness or recurring restrictions are creating ongoing discomfort in one part of the body, Lymph Focus is designed to address it directly.  Warm towels are applied at the end to assist continued drainage and leave the body feeling settled and restored.

🌿 Defining Facial

This advanced sculpting facial is designed to reduce facial congestion, ease jaw tension and support healthy lymphatic drainage through the face, jaw and upper neck.

The treatment includes:

• A gentle cleanse, followed by targeted sculpting using gua sha, external buccal work, acupressure, and lymphatic techniques to stimulate circulation, release muscular tension, and encourage lymphatic flow through the facial tissues, helping reduce puffiness.
• The skin is then replenished with hydrating hyaluronic serum and finished with either a cooling mask to refresh and reduce puffiness, or a collagen mask to deeply hydrate and support the skin barrier.  While the mask works, treatment continues with a relaxing shoulder massage, before finishing with cooling jade eye stones, a warm towel and a refreshing spritz of rose water to bring the treamtent to a close.
